Roma joined LCP in 2009 and became a partner in 2011. She graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a first class honours degree in Theoretical Physics, is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries in Ireland and a Qualified Financial Adviser.
Roma provides expert pensions advice to both trustees and companies and is Scheme Actuary to a number of Irish pension schemes. In particular, Roma is responsible for the LCP "Effective Trusteeship" training course is has experience of scheme governance and stakeholder communication issues.
Outside of work, Roma and her husband spend a lot of time trying to keep their two energetic dogs sufficiently exercised and she enjoys travelling whenever the opportunity arises.
