LCP has a team dedicated to providing a full range of benefits consulting services to the multinational employer. The team is supported by experienced in-house resource and through the Multinational Group of Actuaries and Consultants (MGAC) - an international umbrella of independent consultancies that work together to meet the international benefits planning needs of clients.

Furthermore, the MGAC network enables us to draw on quality local advice and resource across Europe, North and Central America, Africa and Australia, and provides our clients and the firm with access to up-to-date information on benefit legislation and global best practice.
