Ciara Heneghan

I am an actuary with a BSc in Actuarial Mathematics from Dublin City University. I joined LCP in 2023.

I have experience working across all aspects of defined benefit pension consultancy. More recently my role has focussed on risk management services for pension schemes and supporting trustee boards establishing and maintaining their risk management framework. I have particularly enjoyed assisting trustees in the preparation of their triennial Own Risk Assessment reports.

I work closely with the Risk Management Key Function Holder on a number of defined benefit, defined contribution and Master Trust schemes where I provide risk monitoring and reporting to trustees to help them make better-informed risk management decisions. Areas of particular focus are investment, funding and covenant risk.
