COVID-19 update
in relation to LCP Ireland Ltd

Introduction

LCP continues to monitor the situation in relation to the Coronavirus and its potential impact on our business, staff and clients. The welfare and safety of our own people, clients and contacts is of paramount importance to us, as is providing continuity of service with the minimum of disruption.

With this in mind we have taken a number of steps in response to the outbreak. The steps we have taken are in line with the HSE and Government Guidelines on dealing with Covid-19.


Actions taken

LCP continues to meet its clients’ needs and any changes which we have implemented will ensure we continue to offer our full services, uninterrupted.

All staff are working remotely with effect from 13 March 2020.

Our IT systems have been designed to enable secure remote working with no interruption to our services.

We continue to have regular remote meetings to monitor workflow to ensure there is no interruption to the delivery of our service.

Our primary phone line has been redirected and all staff also have direct dials which are directed to their remote working place.

We offer remote conferencing facilities to our clients and staff.

In line with HSE recommendations, we have introduced a ban on business travel and face-to-face client meetings.

Please be assured that LCP are taking every step to proactively manage the situation and reduce any disruption that may potentially be caused by the Coronavirus.

We will continue to update you with changes to LCP’s business continuity actions as the situation continues to progress.
