Scope of this policy

This privacy policy applies to and any other websites of LCP where a link to this privacy policy is provided. Where links from our websites are provided to non-LCP websites, LCP is not responsible for those websites. Why do we collect personal data?

The primary purpose of LCP’s website is to be a dynamic resource and business tool to help you learn more about LCP. When visiting our website we are committed to maintaining your privacy. Any personal data that you provide will be used only by LCP (and/or relevant LCP local operating company), and will not be disclosed to any other party or for any other reason (other than set out below) without your prior consent.

What personal data do we gather?

How do we use data that we collect from our website?

We use personal data to provide you with information you request and for other purposes which we describe to you at the point where it is collected or for the purpose for which you have provided your information. The legal basis upon which we collect your personal data is either that you have consented to providing that data to us or that it is in your interest for us to collect and process your personal data because we are processing it in ways in which you would reasonably expect and for your benefit.

Where you have consented to receiving marketing communications from us, we may use your personal data to send you targeted emails for marketing purposes.

We send commercial e-mails to individuals at our client or other companies with whom we want to develop or maintain a business relationship in accordance with applicable marketing laws. Data retention periods

We will retain your personal data for so long as the purpose you have provided it for still exists unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Automated decision making
